Sunday Preview: Iron Fist

Marvel's Netflix series have all been highly regarded thus far. Their next and last series in The Defenders, Iron Fist, debuted its first trailer today. 

We're getting deep into B-side Marvel heroes here, and after Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, the controversy surrounding Danny Rand as Iron Fist, yet another white billionaire superhero, will be an interesting one for both Netflix and Marvel to navigate. It seems as if the show is trying to stay true to the roots of the character, but many people have called for the lead to be cast as Asian-American since these series have successfully reimagined their characters before.
